Narrative Explanation:

The reading data faculty handouts are evidence of Standard 3.5.

In November, all teachers submitted reading level data to me based on assessments from Running Records. I compiled all of the data, determined the students, by grade level and class, who were at benchmark, below benchmark, and above benchmark. I discussed the findings with my principals and based on the findings, we came up with some "reminders" to address the weakness we have been seeing that are listed in the documents. I then met with each teacher individually and pointed out growth in their data, shared the data pages attached and discussed, discussed the weaknesses and reminders, and had each teacher set a personal goal and class goal for the next 7-8 weeks that would help them increase student achievement.
